Cari’s always had a passion for baking and a dream of spreading sweetness wherever she goes. When she’s not rolling powdered sugar or crafting specialty beignets, she’s working in cybersecurity and being a powerhouse mama to 4 amazing kiddos.
And she’s not doing it alone — by her side is her loving husband Lance, helping turn this dream into reality one fluffy beignet at a time. From the kitchen to the food truck, they’re building something sweet together.
This truck isn’t just pink and pretty — it’s powered by grit, grace, and a whole lot of sugar. Cari is beyond excited to share this sweet venture with the world… one delicious bite at a time!

We’ve brought our beignets to Mesa, Tempe, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Chandler, Phoenix, Goodyear, Scottsdale, Ahwatukee, and Apache Junction, Arizona. Our stops change throughout the month, so check the schedule before heading out.
